Responsibilities:

- Accurately manage all financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare and process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions.- Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation, audits, and financial reporting.

- Monitor cash flows, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business decision-making.

- Spearhead office management tasks such as coordinating appointments, managing office supplies, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

- Assist with HR functions, including maintaining employee records, onboarding, and benefits coordination.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping and/or office management.- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,Quickbooks).

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

- Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
